Dayton, OH - The State of Ohio charged Kylen Gregory, age 18, with two counts of murder and five counts of felonius assault and a weapons charged in conjunction with the death of 16-year-old Ronnie Bowers in 2016



Defendant claimed that that he did not intend to kill anyone but was only trying to send a message when he shot at the car in which Ronnie Bowers was a passenger.
Outcome:
Defendant was found guilty of reckless homicide and on the weapons charges. The jury hung on the assault charges.
