The Family and Estate of Angela Manouvelos v. Aramis Cabrera and the owners of the van that he was driving on Mary 18,2006 when he struck and killed Mrs. Manouvelos in the parking lot of the National Wholesale Liquidators' parking lot in the Town of Wallkill. Gerasimos Manvouvelos and his two sons claimed that Cabrera failed to exercise due care in the operation of the van and, as a direct result, the van struck and killed Mrs. Manouvelos.
