New York, NY - Jury Finds Defendant Not Guilty For Subway Death



The State of New York charged Naeem Davis, age 34, with murder, manslaughter and criminally negligent homicide for his involvement in the death of Ki-Suck Han who was killed when he was run over by the Q Train in 2012 after he was pushed by Davis during a confrontation on the subway platform.



Davis was videoed telling the decedent to get away from him before the shoved the man.
