Description:

Wrongful death claim by the family of Damon Talbott, a New Mexico State Highway Patrolman, who was killed on October 19, 2001 during a training demonstration staged by Medical Air Transport and Eastern New Mexico Medical Center. Twenty-one-year-old Damon Talbott was killed when the helicopter in which the was a passenger crashed during the demonstration. The helicopter was based at ENMMC which had an agreement with Medical Air Transport to provide air ambulance service from the hospital helipod.
