"On Monday, at approximately 9 p.m., police responded to 122 West San Francisco St. after a caller reported a man had followed her into the women’s restroom at the Plaza Mercado and would not let her leave. The woman was able to physically escape and then called her father, who followed the man from the Plaza Mercado to De Vargas Park, where he was taken into custody by responding officers."
