The outcome was: Based upon our de novo review of the record, we find that the district court did not abuse its discretion in denying Jennifer’s request to modify custody to award the parties with joint physical custody or in eliminating the right of first refusal from the parenting plan. We modify the district court’s order to award Jennifer additional parenting time in accordance with the parties’2016 Memorandum of Understanding. AFFIRMED AS MODIFIED
