The defendant is hereby committed to the custody of the Federal Bureau of Prisons to be imprisoned for a total term of 144 months, said term consists of 84 months as to Count One and 84 months as to Count Two, to run concurrently; and 60 months as to Count Three, to run consecutively. It appears the defendant does not have the ability to pay a fine; therefore, the fine is waived. The defendant shall pay the mandatory $300.00 special assessment fee due immediately. The court makes the following recommendations to the Bureau of Prisons: The Defendant shall be designated to FCI Williamsburg. He must satisfactorily participate in a cognitive-behavioral treatment program while in the Bureau of Prisons. The defendant is remanded to the custody of the United States Marshal. Upon release from imprisonment, the defendant shall be placed on supervised release for a term of four (4) years, said term consists of 1 year as to Count 1 and 4 years as to Counts 2 and 3 to run concurrently. While on supervised release, the defendant shall comply with the mandatory conditions of supervision as well as the following special conditions. 1. You must submit to substance abuse testing to determine if you have used a prohibited substance. You must contribute to the cost of such program not to exceed the amount determined reasonable by the Court approved U.S. Probation Office's "Sliding Scale for Services," and you will cooperate in securing any applicable third-party payment, such as insurance or Medicaid. 2. The defendant shall be screened for participation in REAL program and, if deemed eligible, successfully complete the program.
