Helena, MT - Jane Doe sued Jehovah's Witnesses, Watchtower Bible and Tract Society of New York on negligence theories claiming that they failed to report possible sexual abuse of her as a child at the hands of a congregation member.
The abuse of Plaintiff and others was reported to church elders but was not reported to state authorities as required by Montana law.
