State of Missouri v. Albert T. Millsapp

St. Louis, MO - The State of Missouri charged Albert T. Millsapp, age 30, with second-degree murder, first-degree robbery, marijuana possession, and two counts of armed criminal action in conjunction with the shooting death of Perry L. Cal, jr. age 23, who was shot to death on May 14, 2015 by Cedric Royston, age 51, at the Rebel Motors car lot in St. Louis. Millsapp was the driver of a getaway car used to flee the scene after the robbery and shooting.



The Defendant took the stand to testify that he dropped off his cousin near the scene of the robbery and homicide but had nothing to do with the crime.



Royston gave chase after he was robbed and shot Call to death with his own gun.



Defendant was charged, in part, based on the theory of felony murder.

Defendant was found guilty on the robbery and murder charges but was found innocent on the armed criminal action charge.
