Description:

Ron and Pat Swope, the parents of Brandy Johnson, claimed that Todd Johnson, the husband of Brandy, killed her by stabbing her 26 times. Johnson was charged with the slaying after admitting that he stabbed Brandy twice in the back and once in the chest before leaving their home. He claimed that a woman with whom he was having an affair killed Brandy. He also claimed that a confession that he signed was obtained as a result of sleep deprivation tactics used by the police.
