Description:
Duluth, Minnesota criminal defense lawyer represented Defendant charged with sexually assaulting a woman in her home on the Red Lake Reservation.



Desart Austin Begay, Jr., age 38, was found guilty on two counts of aggravated sexual abuse and two counts of sexual abuse.



This case is the result of an investigation conducted by the Red Lake Tribal Police Department and the FBI Headwaters Safe Trails Task Force.



Assistant U.S. Attorney Evan B. Gilead prosecuted the case.
