The State of Minnesota charged Ricky Darnell Waiters with murder for killing one man and seriously injuring another in 2016.



The State charged by Waiters shot into a crow killing Robert Johnson, age 53.



She shooting occurred outside the EB's Corner Bar shortly after 1 a.m. on July 27th.



Defendant claimed that the shot at the men in self defense.
