Baltimore, Maryland criminal defense lawyers represented the Defendants charged with one count of felony murder, and to a consecutive twenty years of imprisonment for use of a handgun in a crime of violence. for shooting and killing 14-year-old DeWitt Duckett, who was robbed for his Georgetown starter jacket and fatally shot at Harlem Park Junior High School on Nov. 18, 1983.
Police charged Alfred Chestnut, Andrew Stewart and Ransom Watkins based on eyewitness statements, and all three were found guilty and sentenced to life in prison.
