Lindsay Clancy is on trial in Plymouth Superior Court facing three counts of first-degree murder for the January 24, 2023, strangulation deaths of her three young children in Duxbury, Massachusetts.

The Children: 5-year-old Cora, 3-year-old Dawson, and 8-month-old Callan.

Prosecutors state Lindsay Clancy sent her husband out to pick up dinner, strangled the children in the basement using exercise bands, and then jumped from a second-story window, surviving with paralysis.

She has pleaded not guilty.

The Commonwealth claims the killings were planned and intentional, pointing to a timed errand, digital footprint evidence, and phone searches.

The Defendant admits that she caused the deaths but argues she is not criminally responsible due to severe postpartum psychosis and being heavily overmedicated with numerous psychiatric drugs in a short span. W
