Description:
Medicial malpractice claim by Plaintiff who suffered a stroke after being given Didrex pills at the Trim Clinic weight loss center by Dr. N. James Doll. Plaintiff claimed that the prescription was both stronger and in a greater dosage than allowed by the Louisiana Board of Medical Examiners.


Defendant denied that any act, error or omission on their part caused or contributed to the plaintiff's injuries.
