The State of Louisiana charged Ronald Gasser, age 56, with second-degree murder for shooting and killing former NFL player Joe McKnight, age 28, during a road rage confrontation in 2016.
McKnight cut off Gasser and McKnight followed Gasser into Terrytown, Louisiana where Gasser shot McKnight with a 40-caliber handgun three times killing him.
