The State of Louisiana charged Rhubin Scott, Jr. with second-degree murder and two counts of attempted second-degree murder for shooting and killing his ex-girlfriend's bother and shooting her and her mother on October 24, 2016. The women survived but David Trahan, Jr., age 17, died immediately.
