Lexington, Kentucky criminal defense lawyer represented the Defendant charged with assault with a dangerous weapon.



On the evening of December 28, 2020, Lexington Police Officers Ryan Nichols and Brent Bereznak were on duty when they received a call from dispatch regarding shots fired near an apartment complex on Tates Creek Road. The officers were already in the area and heard the gun shots, so they proceeded to a nearby intersection to wait for what they believed to be the suspected shooter's vehicle, a Ford Mustang. The officers soon spotted the vehicle, which was riddled with bullet holes and had flat tires. The officers initiated a traffic stop and discovered that the three female occupants of the vehicle were the victims of the shooting.
