Kevin Villamar, 29, was charged with production of child pornography.
Villamar admitted to traveling from Ohio to Boone County, Kentucky, on August 8, 2020, to engage in illicit sexual conduct with a minor. Villamar filmed the sexual conduct on his iPhone and sent the video of the conduct over Instagram to the victim, who was a minor.
The investigation was conducted by the FBI and Boone County Sheriff's Ofice. The United States was represented by Assistant U.S. Attorney Kyle Winslow.
