Premises Liability - Slip and Fall Claim - Plaintiff, a 44-year-old, neurosurgeon slipped and fell in a pantry area near a nurse's station while getting a cup of coffee after performing surgery. The nurses knew that the floor was wet and slippery. Plaintiff sustained a nerve injury to his left arm which causing reflex sympathetic dystrophy including shaking and burning sensations. Plaintiff was earning $1 million a year from his practice before the injury.
