Chicago, Illinois criminal defense lawyers represented the Defendants charged with felony possession of firearms, cocaine, and other para-phernalia associated with drug distribution, Tyrone Fulwiley and Deandre Maxwell were charged with possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1) & (b)(1)(B), possession of a firearm in furtherance of a drug trafficking offense, 18 U.S.C.2 Nos. 23-2910 & 24-1174 firearm by a felon, 18 U.S.C. § 922(g)(1).
Outcome:
Fulwiley was committed to the custody of the BOP for a term of 300 months. Said term shall consist of 240 months on Count 1s and 120 months on Count 4s to run concurrently, and 60 months on Count 2s, to run consecutively to Counts 1s and 4s. Following release from custody, Defendant shall serve an 8 year term of supervised release. This sentence shall consist of 8 years on Count 1s, 5 years on Count 2s, and 3 years on Count 4s, all to run concurrently. $300 Special Assessment is imposed.

Said term shall consist of 120 months on Count 1s and 63 months on Count 3s, each to run concurrently to each other, and 60 months on Count 2s to run consecutively to Counts 1s and 3s. Following release from custody, defendant shall serve an 8 year term of supervised release. Said term shall consist of 8 years on Count 1s, and 3 years on each of Counts 2s and 3s, all to run concurrently. $300 special assessment imposed.
