Description:

In 2014, Shanna Jordan moved into the CHA-owned North Side-area apartment building at 7715 North Marshfield. At the time, her son Jahmir Collins was just a baby. His sister, Amiah, was born three years later. A pediatrician noticed developmental delays in the children and during a routine blood draw, found they had lead poisoning.



The defendant knew that Plaintiff and her children were being exposed to lead and did nothing to remedy the problem.
