Boise, Idaho criminal defense lawyer represented Defendant charged with first-degree murder, conspiracy to commit murder and grand theft.
Lori Vallow, age 49, was accused by the State of Idaho of killing her daughter Tylee ray, age 16, soen Joshua "JJ" Vallow, age 7, and Tammy Daybell, age 49, in 2019.
The State alleged and produced evidence to support its position that Vallow conspired with Mr Daybell and her brother Alex Cox to kill the three victims, motivated by greed and their doomsday cult beliefs.
Lori Vallow will also be indicted in Arizona with conspiracy to commit first-degree murder in the death of Charles Vallow.
Ms. Vallow, who was married several times, starting right out of high school had an affair with Chad Daybell.
Chad Daybell is the author of several doomsday books relating to the end of the world.
Charles Vallow went to the police with his concerns about Lori's belief that she ws a "god" preparing for the end of days and that she had threatened him.
