Description:

Darwin and Jacklyn Phillips, individually and on behalf of the Estates of Andrea Phillips and Kallie Phillips sued Daniel Bouc on a negligence theory for the damages and injuries that they sustained as a result of the deaths of the four girls who were killed when the snowmobiles was hit by a truck driven by Bouc on December 12, 2003. Plaintiffs claimed that Fred Bouc, the father of Daniel Bouc was also negligent in entrusting the his pickup to Daniel who, Plaintiffs claimed, was speeding at the time of the accident.

Defendants denied wrongdoing.
