The final Presentence Investigation Report ("PSRâ€) calculated an advisory sentencing guidelines range of 262 to 327 months' imprisonment. maximum sentence for the single-count offense was 240 months' imprisonment. Id. § 2252A(b)(1). Because the statutory maximum sentence was less than the minimum of the guidelines range, the applicable guidelines sentence became the statutory maximum of 240 months. See U.S.S.G. § 5G1.1(a).
