Breach of contract and fraud claims by former Hooters Restaurant employee who was given a "Toy Yoda" for winning a beer sales promotion contest at the Gulf Coast Wings Hooters Restaurant where she worked instead of the "Toyota" that was represented to be the reward for the sales effort.


The restaurant manager, Jared Blair, claimed that the whole contest was an April Fools' joke.
