Kyle Bradley Gunter, age 23, was arrested about two months after a July 6, 2017 two-vehicle crash that killed Edward McCloskey, 76, of Port St. Lucie. McClockey turned left in front of Gunter, whose car crashed into the right side of McClockey's 1999 Cadillac.



The State alleged by Defendant was driving 100 mph in a 45 mph zone. The computer in Defendant's car indicated that he was traveling 75 to 80 mph.
