William Hughes, Jr., age 19, and Jeremy Stewart, age 16, were hanging out at a gathering place in Alva, Florida in the early morning hours of November 17, 2018, when they were shot to death by the Defendant.



Defendant told a teen who asked for help that he was a police officer.



A young woman who was present was shot but survived.
