App. P. 9.040(c) ("If a party seeks an improper remedy, the cause shall be treated as if the proper remedy had been sought . . . ."); Harris v. Gattie, 263 So. 3d 829, 830 (Fla. 2d DCA 2019) (treating notice of appeal of order forbidding Harris from filing further pro se papers in the case and any other future case as a petition for writ of certiorari), and we deny the petition.
