Description:
On November 13th of 1995, the Connecticut state dental commission summarily suspended Stuart's license to practice dentistry because a young female patient complained that he had stalked and harassed her. Four or five other patients had also complained to the commission about Stuart and his license had been suspended once previously. Five days later, Stuart retained Elliott to "take all steps necessary" to restore his license. Stuart's license was reinstated on 01/05/96, but he failed to pay Elliott in accordance with the retainer agreement. Elliott commenced collection action.
