11/18/2019 70 ORDER DISMISSING CASE. On November 1, 2019, the Court ordered counsel for plaintiffs to file any necessary closing paperwork on or before the close of business on November 15, 2019. (Doc. #69). To date, no such paperwork has been filed. The Court presumes that this matter may be administratively closed without prejudice to reopening on or before December 4, 2019. If the parties wish to file any closing paperwork they may do so on or before December 4, 2019.
