David Dial's son Cameron Dial shot and killed shot and killed one of his roommates and wounded another.
Dial, age 62, told his son to immediately call for medical assistance, call 911, and to cooperate with authorities.
When Dial, who is from New Jersey, got off of a plane in Denver, he was arrested by Parker detective Shannon Brukbacher arrested Dial for tampering with evidence being an accessory with a crime. The charged against Dial were dismissed and his son was eventually convicted of manslaughter.
Dial lost his job as a result of being charged and could not find other work.
