The State of Alabama charged Brinishia Green, age 23, with manslaughter in the death of 17-year-old Antonio White, who was stabbed to death in an apartment on Pleasant Valley Road in November, 2011.
Green claimed that two of her brother's friends grabbed her after entering her apartment and that she feared for her life.
Deen was quoted as saying:
"A person's home is her castle. And in the castle, the woman's the queen,†Deen said. "And when the queen tells you to leave, you're supposed to leave.â€
