Brady Kane Witcher, age 41, and Brittany Nicole McMillan, age 28, were charged with nine counts of first degree murder in the deaths of Shari Yates, age 59, her son Andrew Brooks, age 30, and John McMillian, age 32, who were found death in a residence located in the 300 block of Mill Street in Bethalto, Alabama.



The Defendants were also charged with kidnapping and murder of Kellie Ann Hughes, 31, in Alabama, and armed robbery and kidnapping in Birmingham, Alabama, and Clarksville, Tennessee.







Outcome:
Witcher was found guilty and Witcher pleaded guilty.
