Description:
Anthony Belzer was injured by a splinter while on playground equipment owned and maintained by the City of Kodiak, Alaska. Angela Parish, his mother sued the City for neglience on behalf of her son. The City then filed a third party complaint seeking equitable apportionment of the damages parish sought against Timberform, the manufacturer of the playground equipment. Timberform is Columbia Cascade Company's trade name. The Jury apportioned all fault to City for negligence and products liability action against City and playground equippment manufacturer, Defendant was awarded attorney fees and costs to manufacturer.

Affirmed for the Defendant against Kodiak for costs and attorney's fees
