Trade Mark Infringement - Washington Speakers Bureau, Inc., the owner of a recognized, but unregistered, trademark sued a competition for trademark infringement and dilution based on the competitor's registration and use of a substantial portion of the trademark as a domain name. More particularly, plaintiff, owner of the unregistered mark "Washington Speakers Bureau," brought a federal trademark infringement and dilution action against it competitor, Leading Authorities, Inc. based upon Leading Authorities' registration and use of the domain names http://www.washingtonspeaskers.com,
http://www.washington-speakers.com, http://www.washingtonspeakers.net, and http://www.washington-speakers.net.

Outcome:

Judgment for plaintiff following bench trial ordering Leading Authorities to relinquish all rights to the four domain names.
