Muskogee, Oklahoma, criminal defense lawyer represented the Defendant charged with two counts of Interstate Communications with a Threat to Injure the Person of Another.

On October 29, 2025, and continuing until November 20, 2025, Jacob Wray Hudson, 37, of Muskogee, Oklahoma, knowingly and willfully transmitted threats to injure an official of the Federal Bureau of Investigation and another person through interstate commerce.

The charges arose from an investigation by the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the Muskogee Police Department.

The Honorable Gerald L. Jackson, Magistrate Judge in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Oklahoma, accepted the plea and ordered the completion of a presentence investigation report.

A U.S. District Court Judge will determine the sentence to be imposed after considering the U.S. Sentencing Guidelines and other statutory factors.

Hudson will remain in the custody of the United States Marshals Service pending sentencing.
