Daniel Hoskins, 56, from Lily, Kentucky, produced child pornography with a minor victim while he was incarcerated in the Madison County Detention Center. He instructed the minor to produce child pornography using the detention center’s video jail call system.

The investigation was conducted by FBI, KSP, and Madison County Sheriff’s Office. Assistant U.S. Attorney Justin Blankenship prosecuted the case on behalf of the United States.
