United States of America v. Raymundo Duran Baza

During this time, Baza was responsible for buying and re-selling firearms and Machine Gun Conversion Devices for profit.

§ 922(a)(1)(A) prohibits any unlicensed person from engaging in the business of importing, manufacturing, or dealing in firearms, or from shipping, transporting, or receiving firearms across state lines in the course of that unlicensed business.
