Appellant Donald Gerard Sauve and respondent Haley Marie Lindstrom married in 2000 and had nine children. The parties separated on October 20, 2021, and Sauve petitioned for dissolution on November 19, 2021, requesting joint legal custody, sole physical custody to Lindstrom, and one day of parenting time "during the week" or "as negotiated in the future." At the time of the petition, seven of the parties' children were minors. Lindstrom answered and filed a counterpetition seeking sole legal and sole physical custody, child support, dissolution, and division of property.[1]...
