Donald Martin contended that medical staff at the Wisconsin Secure Program Facility ("WSPFâ€) failed to provide him adequate medical treatment for a skin condition. Before the court are motions for summary judgment filed by the state defendants collectively (Jaime Adams, Sheryl Kinyon, Sarah Martin, Tammy West, Erin Wehrle and Justin Ribault (dkt. #30)), and by defendant Michael Gross, a privately employed physician who provide medical services under contract (dkt. #39). In considering defendants' motions, the court must view the evidence in the light most favorable to Martin. Even in this light, however, Martin has failed to show that any defendant violated his constitutional rights.
