United States of America v. James P. Abrams

Defendant is committed to the custody of the US BOP to be imprisoned for a term of 48 months on each of Counts 1 through 19 and 25 through 48, to run concurrently; followed a term of 24 months imprisonment on each of Counts 20 through 24 to run concurrently with each other and consecutive to all other counts. The resulting aggregate term of imprisonment is 72 months. Defendant shall pay a special assessment of $100 on each count totaling $4,800, which is due immediately. The court finds that the defendant does not have the ability to pay a fine but shall make partial restitution of $1,100,000.00 payable to the Clerk, U.S. District Court, for disbursement to Albert Nocciolino ($200,000); Betsy Koffman ($200,000); Russel Hagan ($300,000) and B!ngTech Ventures ($400,000). Payment of interest is waived. Restitution with respect to attorneys fees will be deferred for a period of 90 days. Upon release from imprisonment, the defendant shall be placed on supervised release for a term of 3 years on each of Counts 1 through 19 and 25 through 48, and one year on each of Counts 20 through 24, to run concurrently.
