On February 18, 2022, Plaintiffs Patrick Rivera Jr., Christopher Gonzalez, Aris Guerrero, Ashden Russell, and Jesse Ramos, all former employees of Jeld-Wen, Inc., filed a Second Amended Complaint against Defendant for: (1) failure to pay overtime; (2) unpaid meal period premiums; (3) unpaid rest period premiums; (4) unpaid minimum wage violations; (5) waiting time penalties; (6) itemized wage statement penalties; (7) failure to reimburse expenses; (8) violation of California Business and Professions Code §§ 17200 et seq. ("UCL”); and (9) violations of the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1681b ("FCRA”).
