Sean Charles Dunn called federal officers racists and fascists. He thought they were about to do an immigration raid at a gay nightclub on Latin Night. He then threw his sandwich at Gregory Lairmore. The sandwich apparently touched the officer but did not injury him in any way, but the officer said that he could smell onions afterward.<br>

The Department of Justice unsuccessfully attempted to get a grand jury to indict Dunn. It then filed a misdemeanor charge.<br>
