Alford, 400 U.S. 25 (1970),[1] to two counts of felony domestic assault arising from an incident in which he violently attacked his ex-wife and his father. The trial court sentenced Homan to consecutive prison terms of seven years for the second-degree domestic assault against Father and four years for the third-degree domestic assault against Ex-wife for a total of eleven years.
