Pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 405(g), Plaintiff Mary D. seeks judicial review of the final decision of the Commissioner of Social Security ("the Commissionerâ€) denying her application for supplemental security income ("SSIâ€) and disability insurance benefits. This matter is before the Court on the parties' cross-motions for summary judgment, in accordance with D. Minn. LR 7.2(c)(1). (Doc. Nos. 20, 22.) For the reasons set forth below, Plaintiff's motion for summary judgment is granted in part and denied in part, Defendant's motion for summary judgment is denied, and the matter is remanded to the Commissioner for further proceedings consistent with this Order.
