Lisa Barnhill, a white woman, sued the United States Attorney General for discrimination she claims she suffered at the hands of, among others, her African American supervisor while she was employed by the Department of Justice Drug Enforcement Administration ("DEA”). Barnhill brought claims under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq., for racial and gender discrimination, retaliation, and a hostile work environment.

Defendant's motion for summary judgment granted.
