While our Court is required to view the evidence in the light most favorable to the defendant, Anderson, 361 So. 3d at 614 (¶¶13-14), after considering the evidence presented by the State and Allen’s explicit testimony regarding his motivation for killing the men, we find that there was no evidence upon which a reasonable jury could have found Allen guilty of heat-of-passion manslaughter and not guilty of murder. For this reason, we find that the trial court did not err in refusing to give the heat-of-passion manslaughter instruction
