Description:

Outcome:
Because the record adequately supports the chancery court’s findings in this case, we affirmits holding that the Ferrills adversely possessed the waterfront property of the lots they owned, that the Ferrills had proved a claim of prescriptive easement to the use of the lake, and that the Ferrills were entitled to $5,000 in damages for Vanacor’s trespass onto their property and the destruction of the pier they had built. Further, we affim the chancery court’s

order that Franco and Vanacor remove the fence they erected within the time allotted or pay $1,800 to the Ferrills for them to remove it. Finally, we affirm the chancery court’s denialof Franco’s claim of trespass.
