United States of America v. Kenneth Wynder, Jr. and Andrew Brown

After improperly withdrawing hundreds of thousands of dollars from an annuity fund for union members, Andrew Brown and Kenneth Wynder, Jr., were convicted of wire fraud and conspiracy to commit wire fraud. Wynder was also convicted of tax evasion and conspiracy to defraud the United States.

The defendants were sentenced to 40 months in prison, followed by 3 years of supervise release and were ordered to pay $838,683.62 in restitution.
